Which browsers work best with your
site?
For Windows users, we strongly suggest either
Firefox or
Mozilla browsers instead of Internet
Explorer as IE doesn't render CSS pages as well. If using IE,
upgrade to
Version 6 for
best results. Macintosh users may also use Firefox or Mozilla,
although Apple's Safari browser works very well. Setting your
browser to use a minimum font size of 12pt is also beneficial.
Why do the pages look "funny" on my
screen?
Due to the extensive use of CSS in our site, the page content
aligns more properly in a larger browser window. This often
requires a screen size setting of 1024 by 768 pixels or higher. If
possible, adjust your screen settings to this resolution and reload
the page. CSS allows us to keep our page sizes smaller allowing for
a faster load time for our visitors.
Why can't I open the files I've
downloaded?
All of our downloads are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Windows users
will most likely need to install the free
Adobe
Acrobat Reader software to view and print these forms.
Macintosh users can use either Acrobat Reader or the Preview
application included with Mac OS X.
