- New Client Application - Required for all new Tenant Check clients.
- Client Service Contract - We must have this signed and on file to begin screening your applicants.
- Legal Size Rental Application - Designed by Tenant Check and recommended for use by our clients. Uses one 8.5" by 14" piece of paper.
- Letter Size Rental Application - Designed by Tenant Check and recommended for use by our clients. Uses two 8.5" by 11" pieces of paper.
- Consumer Notification Form - By law you must give this information to a denied applicant.
- Notice To Applicant Form - Required denial information plus optional checkoff for reason denied.
